- Changes in drivers' working time from February 2, 2022 (12)
  A driver who performs official tasks as part of international road transport is not on a business trip. The driver's business trip may only be work tasks performed as part of domestic road transport. Such changes were introduced from February 2, 2022 as a result of the amendment to the Act on the working time of drivers.
Labor law
- Employee in the pre-retirement age - rules for protection against dismissal (16)
  The employer cannot terminate the employment contract of an employee of pre-retirement age. An employment contract cannot be terminated by such an employee, even if it is terminated after the end of the protection period. Reaching pre-retirement age does not protect against the termination of a previously terminated employment contract.
Salaries
- Accounting for business trips in the employee's private car (23)
  An employee who uses a passenger car for business purposes that is not owned by the employer is entitled to receivables constituting a reimbursement of costs incurred. Local business trips can be settled using the so-called kilometers or by the award of a fixed flat-rate reimbursement. The car does not have to be owned or jointly owned by the employee. An employee may also use a lent or rented vehicle for business purposes.
